A Change in the Ownership of BIS LLC

The deal was signed on June 9, 2021 and BIS LLC became a daughter company of JSC Goznak.

Decade-plus long favorable experience in doing business with JSC Goznak as with a customer allowed BIS LLC to create a wide range of process automation solutions for the support of the whole life-cycle of printed security products from production and storage to destruction, and to tap the domestic market.

Affiliation with JSC Goznak became a new phase in the development of both companies. It will allow JSC Goznak to provide internal manufacturing processes with automated equipment and to expand into the market of systems for processing of printed security products.

Thanks to JSC Goznak's reliable name, which is well known in the market for printed security products, BIS LLC will be able to move in the strategic direction accessing foreign markets.

As a result of the transaction, competitive advantage of both companies increased.
