The System is installed at Goznak’s Printing Factories and Paper mills.
At Paper Mills the System marks each sheet of white paper with a unique bar code.
Processing at Printing Factories includes:
- tracking of each marked sheet during production
- matching of a banknote number to a sheet number (if numbering machines are operating)
- analysis of selective inspection (The Banknote Sheet Inspection System) and continuous inspection (BISM) data
- summaries and reports on equipment and technical staff operation, production quality control
