Automated Inventory System For Passports is a system which provides continuous finishing online inspection of the plastic page of Russian passports
The System is used at Goznak’s Printing Factories in personalisation machines designed by Mühlbauer company instead of the standard control tool (TEMA Vision)
Automated Inventory System For Passports provides:
• engraving fault detection in photograph, text, and signature areas
• fault detection on plastic surface (pulling-outs, swellings)
• alarming of the personalisation machine on faults, so that rejected passports are sent to the waste module
Automated Inventory System For Passports allowed the Moscow Printing Factory to obsolete the “manual” final inspection of the products at Goznak’s Passport Personalization Center
